As you know, my birthday was last Friday. My mom didn't know what to give me, so she went with cash. Totally awesome, although I did have a hard time deciding what I wanted to buy with my birthday money. Spending it all on Etsy seemed like a no-brainer though! Here's what I ended up with! An adorable giraffe pincushion from Sugarelf (how can you not like a shop with a name like that?); a very sweet Clever Kitty t-shirt from Cathy's Sweet Shop 
(I've wanted one of these forever!); and a fun little thought bubble barrette from Mel Bell.
Now, I just have to sit back and wait for my treasures to arrive! It'll be like having my birthday all over again!!We had a great time on our overnight trip to Guthrie, Oklahoma. It really is a very fun town with lots of good restaurants (did you know you can fry green beans?) and tons of antique shops. We came home with some pretty great stuff. I need to take pictures so I can share it with you all!
