Fabric Swap is underway!

This evening, I went through my fabric stash and pulled out all kinds of beautiful fabric that just doesn't meet my current needs. I've narrowed it down to 10 yards to include in the Round Robin swap. Tomorrow, I'm going to be shipping it off to the first person on the Fabric Swap list. I hope that Cathy will be able to find something in this box that she can use. The sad part is that I will definitely want to do a second round, because I found so much fabric in my stash that I would be happy to swap out! No doubt about it, I am a fabric junkie!

i'm impressed that your scraps are in measured pieces suitable for swapping--so much of my scrap fabric is literally scraps--and that's an even bigger pain! :-) i just recently listed most of what i had that was measured in my etsy shop, hoping it can find a good home. i don't do a whole lot of sewing but have recently taken up the project of making a crazy quilt, because i want to use up some of the insane variety of random bits of fabric that I have around . . .

anyhow, thanks for your comment on my blog. i'm sure i'll share a few updates about the book. if you decide to read it, i'd love to hear any thoughts you might have!

:-) take care!

I'm so happy to be the first one on the list. Your selection was sooo impressive! The fabric swap was an awesome idea! :)
